Sundaybrew Stars In: The Tale of the Vanishing $500

The victims:
WorldImpulse

The thread:
http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=515623

The story:
WorldImpulse claimed to have ordered 50 websites from sundaybrew at a cost of $500 (deal thread). As with many of sundaybrew's unsuspecting customers WorldImpulse paid promptly, but sundaybrew failed to deliver the service promised. WorldImpulse waited an entire year before complaining in his thread: a year is a long time to wait when you've paid $500!

When the sites didn't appear WorldImpulse claims to have asked for the articles so he could take them elsewhere: sundaybrew only provided him with one set of articles out of the 50 ordered.

When WorldImpulse finally asked for a refund sundaybrew was unable to oblige because his PayPal was limited (yeah, right).
